Guiness World Record Attempt – Largest Parade of Challengers

WHAT: Largest Parade of NEW Challengers Ever Assembled
WHERE: 27th Annual Midwest Mopars in the Park
WHEN: June 4th
TIME: 2:30PM

If you own a new Dodge Challenger, this is an event you do not want to miss. We plan to assemble the largest parade of Mopars ever recorded. And we didn’t just pick any car to do it with, we picked the 2008 to present Dodge Challenger. We will need at least 250 cars to break the record. On top of that we’ll need to drive the cars in a parade for no less than 2-miles. Mopar will be on hand to lead the parade in a “special” Challenger with a “special guest” as the pilot. And you’ll have to be here to see who it is.

To participate in this event with your 2008 to present Dodge Challenger, register for the 27th Annual Midwest Mopars in the Park and use class code 4200 on the registration form. Participants in the record attempt will have there own designated parking area. The parade will start at 2:30PM on Saturday June 4th. All participants in the record attempt will receive a high quality t-shirt with the logo you see above broadly printed across the chest. Shirts will be distributed after the parade to all participants with a voucher showing they drove their car in the parade.

This Guiness World Record Attempt is going to be a something spectacular to see. You’re not going to want to miss this. We look forward to seeing you there.

We will drive a scenic city route along the lakes, along the parkway, past Minnehaha Falls then along the river. The cruise route should take about 45 minutes. When we arrive at Saint Paul Automotive we can park, relax, enjoy some food, beverage and watch the dyno runs. The dyno is $35 in advance or $45 at the door. The Frozen North LX club is hosting the event and they have invited us to attend. I would like to see a lot of Challengers at this event. MnChallengers – Pancake Breakfast Cruise – Sunday May 15th

WHAT: Pancake Breakfast Cruise
WHEN: Sunday May 15th
TIME: 9am to Noon
WHO: Open to all Challengers New or Old

DESCRIPTION: Eat breakfast then go on a scenic cruise.

They purchased Porky’s though I’m sure they won’t have much set up by then. They have a full size replica of the Hastings Spiral Bridge and historic buildings from Minnesota’s past.

We will meet at Green Mill restaurant in Hastings at 9am. We will then cruise to the Log House Village as a group, eat some breakfast then go on a 1-1/2 hour scenic cruise.

BREAKFAST: Adults $7, Children 6-12 $5, 5 and under free. The car show itself free.
